who made our Boat House a true work of art. You guys all worked very hard and
were always open to changes and additions as the project progressed. After seeing
the completed product and comparing our boat house to others in the neighborhood
and with other homes on the water, I have to say we have the best.

Seabrook Island. Completely trimmed in the James Hardi product armed with a 10K
lb boatlift and two jet ski winches this multi functional boathouse carries the
aesthetic beauty of the main house.

boat house designed, engineered and installed for the Sullivan family marks Houston Waterfront Construction Servicess debut into the Lake Houston market.
Mr. and Mrs. Arnold of Lake Cove in Seabrook chose Houston Waterfront Construction Services
for their boathouse design and construction. HWCS also provided the Arnolds with
a 10,000 lb adjustable strap lift to ccomadate their current boat or a much larger
boat in thefuture.
